Overall Satisfaction with ExakTime

I use Exaktime daily for my staff to clock in/clock out and for their daily schedules. It works well to geofence the buildings we clean. It has helped us control labor hours used and see where everyone is scheduled
  • Clock in/out is very simple
  • Geofencing is user friendly
  • Schedule entry is a simple process
  • Enhance the performance of schedule entry and viewing
  • Be able to see past schedules in the app
  • Update the app to be more user friendly for the admin level
  • Reduced payroll cost
  • The tracking feature is a bit confusing to me
  • The “feel” of the app is easy to maneuver
  • The web based version makes scheduling confusing
  • I wish you could adjust the schedule in the app
I like the photo feature. It keeps the employee honest. It also helps with security. It has definitely helped payroll. My staff likes that they can track hours.
I like the time clock in the app but I do not like how the admin level gets too confusing with how we want to schedule. I also wish we could adjust the schedule in the app. Seems like the admin level in the app could use some enhancing.
I haven’t seen the app version of Jobber. It’s a great fit for us from what I have seen. But haven’t changed because I am okay with Exaktime.

It’s nice to have the clock in/out for those who have tech problems. Setting up a geofence and employee is quick.
