Overall Satisfaction with Arcoro HR

The system is not meeting our needs. In my opinion, It is not robust enough for what I need, not to mention the other issues. -Communication: In my experience, asked at the beginning to get e-verify, got a price, but never heard back

Reports that are there do not have the information in it that I need


-Implementation finished in July,
but no one went over how to export/import for months, I had to get the payroll company to sit and walk through clumsily with me.

-Having to have you set up the
special forms.

-The W4 form, the 3 buttons are so
difficult to select on the mobile. I constantly have to help them.

-Can’t upload a picture for the
direct deposit.

-The don’t sign when filling out
the form is not clear and absolutely confuses our employees.

-If for some reason the system does
not connect with the payroll company, I can’t get a report to import. It doesn’t create
one, and there is no way to go back and ask it to create one. This has happened
on multiple occasions.

It might be better for a company with an HR team. It is only me, and I cannot deal with no response, no follow up, lack of help. With a team, it might not be as difficult to wait for responses. It is not working for us currently at this company.
