Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

I can be certain all email accounts on my Office 365 tenancy pick up the correct signature with the correct details automatically. There is nothing for anyone else to configure. The main concern was emails sent from mobile devices, as the signature options are limited on those devices--this does it all at the server rather than the device, so all emails look consistent! I really couldn't be happier with the service. Even better than that is the simple pricing shown on their website rather than having to request a quote. Exclaimer is simple to set up with automated systems to configure your account and Office 365, linking the two together without having to know anything technical! Simple to use, all through an online WYSIWYG editor.

  • Provided a consistent, professional appearance in emails
  • Saved time requesting that users apply signatures manually or set up their devices accordingly
It's really simple to use--[it has] a nice WYSIWYG editor, showing a preview as you edit. Plus, it allows you to set rules based on loads of different options, like message content. If it picks up that you're sending an email about a certain subject, you can set it to look for keywords and use a different signature. Really handy!
It's the main driver for using the service--I can make a change centrally and know that it will take effect for all users without having to rely on them updating it manually.
  • Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
You can configure the settings manually in Microsoft 365, but it's really complicated and time-consuming to do, with no way of seeing how it works other than sending test emails constantly. Exclaimer takes all the hard work out for you and allows you to see what it will look like before anything gets applied.

[Exclaimer is well-suited for] use on mobile devices. It applies to all emails sent from any device, without any need for apps, add-ins, or plug-ins. I can be confident that all emails sent from my company get the same professional-looking signature with the correct contact information for each sender. The only scenario where it was less appropriate was on out-of-office emails, but that has recently been resolved, so it doesn't apply. I really couldn't be happier with the service.
