Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We were looking for an easy-to-use email signature system that would: - work for pc, Macs, Android, and iPhones - be externally managed - look pretty! And we found it, with Exclaimer.

A fairly straightforward system to use. Currently updating to a new version does mean some oddities (such as with signature ordering), but otherwise pretty intuitive. The new builder can be a little overwhelming when doing fancy spacing. Could perhaps benefit from more example signature templates?
Exclaimer is a wonderful system that allows you to remotely melange signatures across your business. We have a department which needs a slightly different signature-and with exclaimer it's simple.

If you manage email signatures at work, I encourage you to sign up for exclaimer. I used to spend hours emailing new signatures out, and subsequently chase individuals to make sure they actually updated them. With Exclaimer you can set individual signatures and update them all remotely. And they work on mobile too!
