Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
FloControl use Exclaimer for a uniform email signature on desktop and mobile for all employees. We add commercial messages underneath the signature, with links to our website or product pages on the website. I am able to change the commercial messages regularly by only uploading a new visual or gif file and updating the link within minutes. Our exclaimer signature is linked to the Office365 accounts, which makes the set up of new users or removal extremely easy. The Exclaimer solution offers test scenario's, multiple different layouts for users with mobile and without, i.e. the solution is user friendly, easy to navigate and gives me the peace of mind that our company is represented in accordance with branding guidelines and that all data is correct.
- fast sync with Office365
- easy drag and drop
- pre-sets for social media
- I had a situation where I wanted two different fields being arranged and top aligned next to each other. That was quite fiddly to achieve - I had to mess about with white spacer letters (which sometimes randomly were visible in emails).
- It would have been helpful if I could have positioned the boxes in a grid.
- It can be quite fiddly to get the visual size right as in Design the visual representation can be misleading. A scaled grid would be really useful.
- I have received compliments from the marketing managers of customers, suppliers and industry bodies about our email signature
- The professional email signature has contributed to building our brand
- Without Exclaimer, we wouldn't have been able to manage consistent branding and commercial messaging, particularly not in COVID times with many associates working remotely
At present we only use different templates.
I haven't researched any competitors. Our ad agency recommended Exclaimer, I looked into it, liked it and subscribed via the ad agency.
