Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We used Exclaimer Cloud with several customers. Exclaimer Cloud solves the problem of centralized signature management in almost all cases. Logical conditions that apply different signatures based on AD group membership are also built in over and over again. Centralized management is often the primary use case for Exclaimer Cloud.

The user interface is needs a short familiarization. After this familiarization, the admin interface can be operated without further problems. There have already been cases where the admin interface contained bugs which were quickly fixed by support. All in all, it is possible to work well with the admin interface.
One benefits from the signatures through unified management. All employees get the signature they should get, without the user having to configure anything here. In addition, the administration of the signatures is time-saving. Furthermore, uniform HTML signatures look very professional for customers, which increases the seriousness.

In the corporate environment, people often like to manage their mail signatures centrally. This problem is well solved by Exclaimer Cloud. When complex logical conditions related to centralized management of signatures are needed, Exclaimer has its limitations. For scenarios of sender based signatures or group based signatures Exclaimer is well suited.
