Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use exclaimer to ensure brand consistency across the company with email communication, as well as to easily mass update users' signatures without the hassle of manually doing so. Manual updates often cause 2-3 versions of signatures to be used at one time. Exclaimer is straightforward to set up and install, and so are the extra tools that show client-side signatures.

Exclaimer is well suited to any company which has more than ten or so employees as the ability to centrally manage signatures gives consistency and time savings across the board. For a smaller company, I would advise not using it; it doesn't necessarily provide any value in a smaller organization where you could easily manage the signatures yourself.

Using Exclaimer

Exclaimer is straight forward to set up and install, and provides extra features that show client side signatures. It's easy to update from any device and we've not had any bugs or technical issues. The only thing that could be improved is the creativity in the builder and providing more templates
