Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

When our clients want more professional and automated email signatures with centralized management, we scope Exclaimer for them. Then we deploy as a project, which involves cleaning up their AD since most of them sync from AD to Azure AD. We also provide training so that internal staff (usually marketing and/or HR) can handle updates to the signature templates, such as new logos or changing the color scheme, etc. We provide the monthly service and ongoing changes, if needed, of the architecture. All our clients on this system have been extremely pleased with the outcome!

  • Created client empowerment by giving them a solution they can partially manage on their own for day-to-day changes (i.e., self-managing their signature templates).
  • Decreased our own service ticket time due to clients being able to self-manage the day-to-day and only rely on us for backend/architecture management.
We have only used creation for different departments and individuals. This has been easy to facilitate.

My experience is limited to the MSP portal which provides oversight of multiple clients' Exclaimer portals. I also have experience in setting up the clients' specific portals/services, integrating these with 365, etc. We have also had to deal with odd things such as repurposing specific AD properties, like Pager, for other phone number use cases.

Using Exclaimer

The deployment experience is easy and well documented. The template creation is very easy, even to the degree that we can train our clients' internal staff to self-manage.
