Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
Exclaimer Cloud allows us to ensure all signatures are up to date an inline with company branding. It removes the hassle of creating a new signature for new starters and then installing this on each device required. The ability to have signatures added to emails sent from mobile devices has allowed staff to work flexibly whilst also looking professional.
Pros
- Automating signature creation for new starters
- Brand consistency for email signatures
- Adding email signatures across mobile devices
Cons
- Improved ease of using font stacks
- Easier use of dynamic urls
- Updated interface for Google Workspace
- We have saved roughly 30 mins of time on users setups per user, which across our client base is around 400 hours!
- Brand identity is reinforced across the company
- Turned emails into a possible channel for marketing.
It's simple to set up holiday and seasonal signatures, with office closure time and then revert back to the original. This is all on a schedule and centralised so you don't end up with one user still sending Christmas greeting in March! It also allows us to easily add an individuals LinkedIn profile into their signature while maintaining uniformity.
The ability to choose a data location is imperative in ensuring compliance with almost all of the major security requirements e.g GDPR, NIST. The platform is also reliable and have had no issues with down time or unavailability. The cloud platform also removes any requirement to maintain the service on our own infrastructure which makes it easier to manage.
We've not tested an competitors. After initial testing Exclaimer met all our needs on budget!
