Disclaimers for legal dept emails.
Header/Footer/banner graphics of City services & activities injected into outgoing emails.
We started with the on-prem Exclaimer for Exchange and about a year ago migrated to the cloud based product.
- It functions efficiently and consistantly
- It's very flexible and customizable. Fully featured.
- Support is excellent. Technicians are always VERY knowledgeable. They know the product intimately.
- The web interface is not as easy to navigate as the on-premise version was.
- The signature block editor is VERY different from on-prem.
- The editor is difficult to work with. Font selection and sizing is quite frustrating at times.
- We don't have to support or troubleshoot signature blocks that users create for themselves. Time saved. That's a plus
Yes. Many hours supporting individual user's email profiles saved because all signature blocks come from one source, one design.
Well, I haven't, yet, heard of any data breaches involving Exclaimer...
Exclaimer was recommended by another local/city Government entity. Upon evaluation, we decided to give it a try. That was 10-12 years ago and we're still here.
We didn't feel we needed to look at any others at first. Only if Exclaimer proved to not be a good fit,were we going to look elsewhere.
