Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
Exclaimer is better than all of its competitors for what it does in the email signature space. We generally find ourselves wanting more features (such as click tracking, heat mapping, and better building), but as competitors don't offer this either, it's hard to fault them. They're pretty good at support, too, with speedy responses and customer service staff that will happily log into our account to resolve problems. This is much appreciated and has resolved many issues for us.
- Customer Support is speedy and extensive.
- Updates to signatures are immediate, and we have never experienced downtime.
- The platform is reliable once set up.
- Modernize the signature builder tool to make editing easier.
- Add tracking to clicks on signature links and images.
- It allows us to change signatures on the fly, meaning that messaging can change more regularly in order to support campaigns.
I don't like their editor.
Nothing to note.
We were previously using simple column building to edit; Exclaimer is, of course, a lot more feature-rich (if not with a similar end product).
