We wanted a unified signature management product to make the school look more professional, update user details centrally and take a load of employees having to apply signatures themselves.
- Centralise signature management.

- Give a great UI to setup everything up and make implementation simple.

Yes, we have applied different templates to different departments, creating unique signatures for art events and ones with more information on admissions and different disclaimers for other departments. We haven't used timed or dated signatures though, just ones for different departments using Active Directory group names which works really well.
Haven't directly benefited from this but safe to say we would not have been allowed to use the product if it wasn't safe and didn't have the correct security in place and the correct GDPR rules and policies at hand to present to head office when needed to sign up.
