Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

Exclaimer is used for our own outgoing emails, as well as implemented for clients. For us and our clients, it's a great tool for centrally managing email signatures in a simple, scalable way.

Pros

  • Centralized management.
  • Intuitive signature design tool.
  • Easy to set up and implement.

Cons

  • Additional icon choices/variants.
  • Improved UI in the designer.
  • It improved implementation wizard that covers things like SPF records and 'sees before you send' in detail.
  • Unified branding.
  • Saves time not having to manually create or configure signatures for each employee.
  • Allows for branding changes on the fly to be rolled out much quicker.
Saves a huge amount of time and effort being able to manage all of this in one place and apply it wherever you choose - no having to contact departments and roll changes out manually.
No cause for complaints about data security.

If you have more than a handful of users, it's an almost must-have. You can definitely get away without it if your organization is only a few people, but once it's in place, it is hard to go back to managing individual signatures directly in the email client again.
