Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use Exclaimer to manage and deploy professional signatures around our entire business, without the need for users to interact. These signatures are deployed through easy to use dynamic 365 groups that provide a level of ease and automation that is not provided by any other software. Allowing our IT department to manage this means that the remaining employees around the business and departments do not have to worry about what is displayed to their clients, and any amendments are quick and easy as all our data is pulled straight from Active Directory.

We have users and departments that will travel to different events and conferences around the world - the ability to set specific rules, times, and dates for certain pieces of content and signatures is brilliant. I have not seen this offered anywhere else and it means that we do not have to worry about setting deadlines to adjust/amend content as we can set the time/date a single time and then Exclaimer will handle the rest. This also applies to our internal/external signatures, allowing us to hide pointless bulk from emails when the messages are exclusively internal.
With Exclaimer pulling all our data from Azure AD/AD, it is great to have peace of mind knowing that this content is safe and secure within Exclaimer's cloud service. Having this data readily available to deploy on the fly makes the deployment/update of content extremely quick and is miles of ahead of many other cloud services that often have to wait for a sync or update before and changes are reflected.
Unfortunately, I was not involved with the business before Exclaimer was implemented. Users were left to manage their own signatures through the Outlook client prior to Exclaimers deployment.

Exclaimer is fantastic for managing and deploy signatures to a group of users, no matter how large or small. Whether it is a single user that requires a specific tweak, or a whole department that requires a brand new signature, the same amount of work is required. It's extremely quick to mock-up, design, and deploy new information and designs and allows for a high level of consistency and professionalism with all our outgoing branding. Exclaimer alleviates the pressure of users and departments having to manage this themselves and allows an effecient central deployment for the entire business.
