Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
We use Exclaimer to ensure company wide legal signatures in all our mails. As we have a lot of BYOD users, Exclaimer is very helpful to „catch them all“ and avoid single/manual created signatures with wrong information. The template mechanism and targeting with AD groups makes it very way to set up and maintain.

We could create different templates for all our companies and productions. As we use dynamic field from AD a lot, we also could make the very flexible and reduce the total amount of hard coded templates. We also have dynamic content based on external communication needs which can be switched easily with a single click for everyone.
On the road to cloud only, we for sure need to look both at IT security relevant topics and also GDPR related. Exclaimer suits all our needs and was also choosen because of the dealing with these topics. Especially for european companies, it’s sometimes not eas to find solutions which allow to adjust and fine tune eh a DPA
