As a reseller we provide Exclaimers services to our clients to provide centralised Email Signatures for all users across all devices. It ensures legal compliance through the use of disclaimers and a standard branding for all emails sent by our clients. The systems provides an easy to use platform for signature design and implementation and allows for some advanced techniques for applying edge case email signatures to users. The platform integrates well with Microsoft 365 and makes it easy to deploy signatures quickly.

We have had clients which require different signatures for users, Exclaimer makes it easy to apply this by creating and duplicating signature designes and making changes. We also have clients that need specific messaging (marketing) on email signatures and we can scedule these signatures quickoy and easily.
Exclaimer is a secure platform with Single Sign-On using Micrsoft Azure.
We have always used Exclaimer and not tried any other products.
