Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We used Exclaimer as a signature provider which would manage remote signatures. This was as we had ongoing issues with Outlook signatures being inconsistent, and we wanted to manage everyone's signature remotely.
  • Remote management
  • Customer Service
  • Signature design
  • Doesn't really work with Office 365
  • We stopped using as it wasn't very well integrated
  • The customer service was great but quite limited solutions
  • Signature management
  • We learned a lot about tech from their customer support agents
  • Opened up new ideas for signature marketing
It taught us a lot about how to design signatures in a way that is viewable from people who use different operating systems. For example, in-built fonts on different devices and which ones are ok to use and which aren't. We also re-designed our template, and saw examples of other templates that inspired us.
We liked that Exclaimer was secure, we were slightly worried about sharing our screen and emails with customer support without signing NDAs though! We ended up doing a management review to see if it would be appropriate.
None - we were recommended Exclaimer.

Do you think Exclaimer delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Exclaimer's feature set?

Yes

Did Exclaimer live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Exclaimer go as expected?

No

Would you buy Exclaimer again?

No

I would recommend Exclaimer to anyone who is not using Office 365. They were brilliant apart from that; it just didn't really work with our systems unfortunately. We did really enjoy designing the signatures on Exclaimer, and the management systems were really good. You could edit signatures including people's working hours etc as needed. It is a shame that it didn't really work with Office 365, but this seems true of signatures generally not being very compatible with Office.
