Exclaimer Signature Manager Exchange
Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
We use it for email signatures and to promote products we are selling. It allows us to apply a coherent email signature for all users in the organisation. It applies on all devices the users send email from. It helps ensure a professional brand image across all emails. It enables us to promote reviews and news about the company too.
Pros
- Ease of use
- Design capabilities
- Integrations with Facebook
- Multiple templates
Cons
- Ability to rotate images without using separate templates
- More social media integrations
- More options to change how the social feed displays
- Increased brand awareness
- Increased product awareness
- Increased reviews
We have benefited as it allows us to promote a range of products during different timeframes using multiple email signature templates. We normally have a set of templates which we set the system to change on a schedule, depending on what product we want to promote when. We have different departments who have similar templates but it allows great flexibility to have differences between departments.
Exclaimer has 2FA on our accounts, which helps protect our email signatures and system from unauthorised access. We have not experienced any security concerns with Exclaimer, in over 10 years of use in this business and a previous business I worked in. The connection to Microsoft 365 uses modern authentication which is great.
I have not used or evaluated any comparative products, as Exclaimer just does the job. It is priced well and has all the features I require to enforce and deploy email signatures. I have been using the product for over 10 years and have never looked at changing, in IT when you get a product that just works, it is great, so you can spend more time on other concerns.
