Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use Exclaimer to manage our email signatures. It allows us to maintain brand consistency. We are beginning to use it as part of a larger marketing strategy. They recently released a Hubspot integration that we want to test as part of an ABM strategy.

Pros

  • Maintains brand consistency.
  • Eliminates need of IT to update signatures.

Cons

  • The UI is a bit kludgy and sometimes difficult for new users.
  • Increased brand trust.
  • Saved time.
We have not utilized this as much because we conduct this work within Hubspot.
We have never had a security issue with Exclaimer.
I have never used an email signature provider other than Exclaimer.

It is well-suited when new team members join the company, and we need to set them up with an email signature easily. However, it is less appropriate when trying to launch complex marketing strategies.
