Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

It is used for signatures based on the job description. It allows flexibility to create unique signatures for different roles and departments.
  • Ease to adjust signatures.
  • Easy to apply standard signatures.
  • Possibly simplifying the creating and administration of signatures.
  • More the ability to standardize our external presentation.
We use it to create different signatures for each job function within the firm.
We do not use it for security purposes.
I haven't looked at other products.

It meets our needs to standardize signatures across the firm and customize them for all user functions. I wish it offered more flexibility in the signature application. IE an ability for someone to individually opt out and more flexibility for not repeating signatures in a thread, as the on-prem solution did.

Yes - We did report when their analytics, which we weren't utilizing, were enabled on their side, causing our email to be blocked as spam.
They were pretty responsive when I reported the analytics bug and got it resolved on their side same day
