Expensify is currently being used across the whole organization. Expensify is an efficient, great way to process employee business related expenses requiring reimbursement.
- Easy receipt upload
- Easy review process
- Connection to financial systems for upload
- Timely customer service feedback
- Visibility and clarity in the system of where in the review process an expense report is
- Deleting a created report requires a work around because of a current glitch in the system
- Expenses, receipts, reports tabs need better explaining as there are overlaps in functionality
- Better communication on updates, glitches, fixes to be made, work-around entries, processing etc.
- Expensify is not expensive. However, if a financial system were to be implemented that could process expenses we may switch.
