Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

Our entire company uses Expensify (all departments and virtually all employees). I've never heard anything negative about it. Everyone loves how easy it is to track and submit their expenses. It solves a number of issues for us. It simplifies the process of categorization, receipt tracking, and ties it all together in reports that are easily managed and approved by our managers.

  • Sometimes have issues with SmartScan properly identifying amounts
  • SmartScan can be slow at times

  • AP also loves it, saving them time as well
For any employees that travel a lot, it is an absolute godsend, making it so easy to deal with expenses and get reimbursed in a timely manner. Rather than manually tracking purchases in spreadsheets and stapling receipts together with printed out reports, or scanning in receipts, it digitizes it all.
