Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

We're using Expensify across the entire organization for all kinds of business expenses, including cell reimbursements. We don't currently have a corporate credit card system.
  • I like that we can take photos on our mobile because it helps me stay on top of my expense reports.
  • I like that it's easy to review and submit expenses quickly.
  • I like that it shows you the status of your reimbursement.
  • I like that you can modify each expense accordingly.
  • The AutoScan feature takes way too long.
  • The AutoScan feature is sometimes inaccurate.
  • I've had expenses flagged as "Duplicates" which were not.
  • I don't like that the system flags when you've manually entered an expense because it's necessary most of the time. AutoScan is way too slow.
  • I don't like that our reimbursement payout time takes much longer with expensify than it does with a regular check.
[It's] well suited for monthly expenses. I use it for a variety of expense types, including cell phone bills, customer gifts, shipment fees, travel expenses, meals, and company outing expenses. I would recommend it for any company in need of an expense software. I don't like that expensify pulls in every single one of my credit card purchases. Perhaps there could be some sort of flagging system and it discards the rest?
