Expensify makes expense reporting a breeze
Overall Satisfaction with Expensify
As an employee, I use Expensify to log and get reimbursed for expenses. It couldn't make the process easier; in most cases it's as simple as forwarding an email, and in the rare case that I have to enter an expense manually, it's quick and straightforward with plenty of options but without being overcomplicated.
Pros
- Allows automatic entering of expenses via email forwarding
- Sends notifications when expenses have been approved for reimbursement
- Allows for full customization of expenses
- Allows for easy duplication of expenses
Cons
- In reimbursement notification emails, would be good to see the breakdown of which expenses make up the total reimbursement.
- Would be good to have a way to automatically generate certain manual expenses on a regular schedule rather than having to enter them individually.
- Might be nice to have reimbursed and pending expenses in different sections.
- It saves me considerable time on expense reporting.
- It saves me time checking on when I'm getting reimbursed.
- It centralizes the expense process so I don't have to communicate with my manager to get reimbursed.
I haven't used others and I use Expensify because it's what my company chose for us to use.
