Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

We use Expensify to get reimbursed for business or travel expenses. It's easy to submit the receipts and submit it to your manager for approval. The turn around time for reimbursement is quick and easy. That way you don't have to float the cost of the expense for very long.

Pros

  • Easy to upload receipts
  • Quick turn around for manager approval
  • Easy to get a direct deposit

Cons

  • If you need to upload more than one document it's not clear how to do that.
  • I don't always get an email that there is a question about the submission.
  • I can't find a phone number for customer service.
  • Less paperwork
  • Speeds up reimbursement
  • Allows oversight for accuracy
It's not always clear what the next steps are after submitting receipts. If you need to submit more than one document there is not a clear way to do that. Otherwise there are no real issues and this is better compared to other reimbusement processes I have used in the past.

Expensify is a very effective tool to provide reimbursements. It's easy to get manager approval for the expenses. There is oversight from the Expensify team if there are any missing items or questions that would delay or prevent reimbursement. The turnaround time for direct deposit reimbursement is quick and easy.
