Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

We use Expensify for two different functions in our company. We firstly use them for members of the the team who have company credit cards, to account for what they spend. Secondly, we use it for team members who are requesting reimbursement for expenses made on a monthly basis. Our team work remotely mostly.

Pros

  • It allows us to have consistent classification of all expenses
  • It is so straightforward to use
  • The reporting system is really user friendly

Cons

  • I'd like to be able to acquire the csv file from the report in the same way you can download the pdf
  • It makes expense processing easier for HR to reconcile
  • It makes expense processing easier for the users
Expensify is very user friendly - it is straight forward to use and the support is fantastic, the AI Concierge is a huge bonus, and most of the issues I've had, have been resolved by using this. Having an account manager who works in the time same time zone as me would have made this a full marks 10 out of 10.

I have used other expense platforms in the past and Expensify is my preferred choice. The mobile app makes it easy to use on the go - it is convenient and straight forward to use, and therefore really useful for our team, most of who use the app while travelling and on the go.
