Expensify makes it so easy to track expenses on trips. The UI especially for per Diem and mileage tracking is very simple to use.
It is also setup in our organization to have our reports be automatically submitted on a certain day each month taking away another admin task to remember.

- Submitting PDF's via mobile
- Location gathering based on Location Name for Mileage - I need to put exact address. For instance just type in GRR airport.
- Keeps track of all employee expenses especially for travel
- Keeps us organized
- Provides good audit trail
