Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

My department uses Expensify to track purchases and log them within the correct expense category. I have been using it for the past four years and can confidently say that before we switched, when we were using a tedious spreadsheet, it made everything more seamless and easy to use.

Pros

  • forwards receipts
  • Uploading pdfs
  • uploading pictures of receipts
  • creating milage expenses

Cons

  • Scanning pictures of receipts and identifying standard logos (cvs, target, etc.)
  • takes submitting expenses during busy season from 20 hours to 2
It is user friendly and their customer service is quick and efficient.
Expensify is visually appealing, user friendly and you don't get lost in a sea of cells.

I absolutely love when I get an email receipt because it means I just forward it to Expensify and know it'll be living in my expenses. No additional steps necessary!
