Expensify - a great tool to save me time
Overall Satisfaction with Expensify
As a traveling business professional, the simplicity and ease of use in submitting expenses can save me valuable time. With Expensify, l love that i can quickly log on, enter an expense, reciept and description very quickly, and even if i dont complete it, the system saves my info so i can continue if i get pulled away from the initial task. Many entry processes which typically were very time consuming in other systems, are now able to be done without the hassles of delays, errors etc. Previously i would wait to enter reports because i knew it would be time consuming, which resulted in missed expenses, costing me $$$. I am able to enter expenses quickly instead of sorting through many receipts at the end of each week or month.

- Simplified Entry of expenses and associated data
- Reminders - quick and timely, and adherance to company policies is informative and accurate
Cons
- Ability to add multiple receipts for expense
- Additional comments field on Expense Summary
- Frees up my time to sell and conduct business instead of procedural tasks
Expensify is more user friendly interface, shorter tasks, more accurate, timely notification
