Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Expensify to submit periodic work trip expenses. Expensify simplifies submitting receipts and automatically identifies totals which saves me a lot of time organizing and validating my expenses. I also appreciate that they are frequently releasing new and useful features that continually make it easier to manage expenses. I use the app fairly infrequently, so I do not have the user journeys memorized, yet it has been super easy to pick back up every time I submit a new group of expenses due to the easy-to-follow user interface.

Cons

The function that automatically selects the expense category is not always accurate
It wasn't obvious to me the first time that I created a group of expense that I needed to take another step to submit them, so the expenses were in the app pending my action for a few weeks and I did not realize.
