Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

We’re a small organization, headquartered in Australia with one employee in the U.S., and we use Expensify to manage all expenses. Staff snap photos of receipts or email them to Expensify. It eliminates manual data entry, enforces policy compliance, speeds up reimbursements, reduces errors, and gives the GM real-time visibility into spend. What once took hours of spreadsheets and back-and-forth now happens in minutes

  • Multiple ways to enter data

Cons

  • Searching for old expenses is a challenge
  • Would love to be able to forward receipts received in text format
I rate Expensify a 10 for usability. It’s intuitive, reliable, and incredibly easy to use whether in the office or on the road. Emailing receipts, quick approvals, and seamless reimbursements make expense management effortless. I’ve trusted it across four companies since 2009, and it just keeps getting better.

“I’ve used Expensify at four companies since 2009, and it’s consistently excellent. As a frequent traveler, I email receipts straight from airlines and hotels—no more paper clutter or lost slips. It’s fast, accurate, and stress-free. Their old tagline said it best: expense reports that don’t suck!
I’ve also used it in presentations as an example of software that does exactly what it promises.
