Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

We use it to submit our personal expenses. It makes things super easy and streamlined, especially the ability to add to a report from my phone. I can take real-time snapshots of my receipts (takes away the fear of losing them!).

Pros

  • Connection with mobile app
  • Easy to use interface
  • Customer Service

Cons

  • It's a little challenging to find how to turn off auto-submissions and the support chat is helpful but the instructions they gave me do not match with what I can see (minor thing to improve)
It's super user friendly and love the mobile app
I can't remember what they were called... they were unmemorable.

It's made doing my expenses so easy and I've used a lot of other softwares! It's super fast and easy to use as well, which most are not.
