Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
To connect with our users. It helped open communication and we are a two-person team, so it is used by everyone.
- It's honestly been so long and I have tried probably 10 different texting services it all blends together. But I do remember the UX being one of the easier platforms to use.
- It's great if you are only sending blasts to different segments.
- You get access to all users easily via SMS.
- Pricing, this is ultimately why we left.
- There's a lack of customizability and inability to build out more complex flows.
- Wish there was more with segmentation.
I used EZ Texting before I found the other ones to be honest, and I used something else before EZ Texting which I can't recall. EZ Texting isn't the worst in the industry but it's not my favorite either.
