To connect with our users. It helped open communication and we are a two-person team, so it is used by everyone.

Pros and Cons

Pros

It's honestly been so long and I have tried probably 10 different texting services it all blends together. But I do remember the UX being one of the easier platforms to use.
It's great if you are only sending blasts to different segments.
You get access to all users easily via SMS.

Cons

Pricing, this is ultimately why we left.
There's a lack of customizability and inability to build out more complex flows.
Wish there was more with segmentation.

Return on Investment

We tried it for a few months but it ultimately didn't allow us to do what we needed to. Granted we were building a much more complex work flow.
We wish it connected to Zapier so we could connect it to our own database.
Connecting with Airtable would also be a game changer.

I used EZ Texting before I found the other ones to be honest, and I used something else before EZ Texting which I can't recall. EZ Texting isn't the worst in the industry but it's not my favorite either.

It really depends on what they're using it for. If you're just running a more basic campaign and don't need much as far as customizability is concerned then EZ texting works. Pricing wise, I've found others to be cheaper.

Useable but not enough features to customize to what is needed.
