Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We are a member organization and use EZ Texting to communicate with our members about meetings, events, issues in our industry, etc. EZ Texting is easy to use and only takes me a few minutes to send out as opposed to sending out an email. I would recommend EZ Texting to all of my business associates and friends.
- EZ Texting's platform makes sending group texts easy.
- EZ Texting's website is easy to navigate.
- EZ Texting switches automatically from SMS to MMS so I don't have to keep up with my word count.
- I would love to see EZ Texting improve the way I receive responses to texts sent out. I have to go back into the website to look for responses and sometimes I forget to text or I'm not near a computer when the message is sent out.
- We've had a great ROI. We've seen participation in our meetings and events increase.
It's been so long since I researched mass texting products. I found EZ Texting on the recommendation of a colleague and have stuck with them for about 3 years. I don't see any reason to switch to another product at this time.
