We use it to notify our congregation of upcoming events, prayer requests, and service cancellations or changes.

- Able to send messages using only a mobile phone
- Pricing
- Improve reliability. Our messages often get sent twice
- Better understand why individuals do not receive messages
- More options for purchasing credits without leaving the free plan
- Helps ensure people know of ongoing issues.
- EZ Texting ensures people do not show up when service has been canceled due to weather or other issues.
- Creates more engagement and touches with our congregation.
I have not used any other messenger services.
