Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
Originally, we used EZ Texting as a marketing tool. Now we utilize it as a customer service tool. It allows us to immediately contact and resolve customer service issues.

- Create templates for easy sending
- Merge texts
- Replies come back on a different thread than outgoing text so its hard to have a conversation with a customer.
- It's hard to judge the ROI of this product based on the nature of its use.
AWS Texting. We built our own tool and primarily use this for mass text now. It is a lot cheaper and the tool we built has the same core functionality.
