Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We use it to help with shortcode campaigns for microsites we build. Usually, people text a keyword and they are sent back a URL to the site we built.
Pros
- Good response time from customer service.
Cons
- Web interface takes some getting used to.
- Positive, does what we need!
Very quickly - Our experience has been good. We use the API for our system and it works well.
Searching and purchasing keywords is very easy.
It's a great way for brands to get people to text about a promotion or for more info on their products.
EZ Texting's pricing is better for what we do (purchasing multiple keywords). It pales in comparison to competitors.
