Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We use this app across the whole company. As we are a brokerage, we use it to provide customer and carrier updates.
- The ability to send large group text messages.
- Grouping specific people together.
- Campaign options
- Text history. It's very difficult to see the history you've had with a specific user.
- Multi-user management and controls. Hard to have multiple users.
- Definitely does not have the analytics a large business would need to check ROI.
- Increased our efficiency in communicating info.
- Less need for emails or phone calls.
Setup was easy, we noticed results as soon as we sent the first text.
We have benefited by being able to send group text messages within minutes.
We have not used MMS.
We have not used keywords.
