Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
I use EZ Texting to invite the registered prospects to our Condo Event Launches. Often times people don't read their email so I find EZ Texting practical in reaching out to clients promptly and effectively with one short text. I also find it less invasive. We never do cold calls or texts, these messages are sent to all registrants (prospects) who themselves have registered to receive newsletters, updates and invitations.
Pros
- Uploading bulk contacts
- Creation of groups
- Replying easily from the EZ Texting platform
- Exporting replies and organizing RSVPs
Cons
- French accents (special characters) seeing that we are in Quebec.
- Invoices should be tagged with Project name in our case
- When client answers the initial message should be featured so we can know which projects it relates too
- Good impact in terms of people showing up to an event following a quick reminder that I send the day of the event.
- Negative impact would be registrants who don't remember being part of the database, who then ask us to stop texting them.
Not really, i figured it out on my own.
I have never used other platforms other than mass emailing via our CRM.
