Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

I manage the memberships of several small non-profits. Being able to easily send an SMS to any group has been invaluable, especially when there are last-minute changes. It's handy to be able to receive replies from individuals, too.

Pros

  • Quck to use
  • Easy to navigate
  • Great support
  • Very supportive of non-profit groups

Cons

  • Lower tier for very basic users
  • For me, it's a send-and-forget system. Texts are ALWAYS delivered, and promptly.
  • It's very easy to text to join. Even older people find it simple.
I can login, create, and schedule a text message to the appropriate group in just a minute or two.
EZ Texting was quick to offer help getting started, but aside from a couple of questions to make sure I understood their terminology, I figured the system out within minutes.
The simplicity of EZ Texting makes it hard to beat.

We send out meeting reminders the day before, and the day of, each event. It's easy to schedule both of those at once. Occasionally, a text needs to be sent out immediately, and the mobile app makes that simple and quick.
