Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We use it for our dentist and dental plan clients. It addresses recall patients, patient reactivation, and special promotions.
- Easy interface
- MMS support
- The ability to add graphics to text
- Drip capabilies
- Strong reporting
- Campaigns should be saved for future use.
- Sometimes you lose your work when you go back and forth between areas when creating a campaign.
- Needs to have a better database that automatically dates campaigns.
- Add-on features like setting up a drip campaign, etc. are not turn-key or easily understood for newbies.
- We markup your fees so we always make money when we sell it.
- The cost is high without significant commitments in usage.
- Competitors are much cheaper but don't have the same features.
One training session. We show each employee who uses the software and they learn it in a few minutes. Easy.
In training. In execution. Speed - we can get out a message quickly when needed.
The picture feature is a huge plus and why we do not go with cheaper solutions. It creates a higher response rate for sure.
We have not evaluated others in the past two years.
