Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting to send mass texts to staff members. We break down our groups into locations and departments when needed for targeting specific employees.
  • Break down groups
  • Scheduled messages
  • Easier polling
  • Ability to sort by additional details added to contact info. I.e. we include FT/PT status and would like to filter by that field to send messages rather than manage a different group.
  • Able to reach employees to inform them of new ads and offers going out
I don't remember specifically but once the decision was made, I'd say just a few days.
Feels just like sending a text from your phone.
Wish I could have gotten better support on creating graphics to send out and would have been better supported during our first renewal. I was not aware that credits didn't roll over and would have greatly appreciated some leniency there.
It's okay. Not great, not terrible. Wish there was more support here on file size, type, etc.
Each new hire texts in to join. Very easy for adding new employees.
