Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting to send buy/sell signals to subscribers. Immediate access to these signals via text message was preferred over email. Each night, a text message was sent out to subscribers with a link to the current buy/sell signals as soon as they were published.
  • No need for me to manage customer subscriber list.
  • It worked. I could set it up and not be afraid customers didn't get the message.
  • None that I can think of. The system works.
  • EZ Texting is an important part of our process. Customers appreciated immediate access to published information.
It took about an hour to initially set up. We have a template text message that I created with a macro for the daily link.
I didn't need any specialized knowledge to use EZ Texting.
I contacted EZ Texting support a couple of times, and they were very quick to respond and very helpful.
Never sent MMS. Only text.
We did not utilize keywords. I manually added/removed subscribers. Subscribers always had the option to remove themselves if they didn't want the daily text message.
We only use EZ Texting. Initially, we chose EZ Texting because they had the best price--stayed with EZ Texting because of the service.
We use EZ Texting to send subscribers a nightly text message. We haven't used it for anything else.
