Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

EZ Texting is being used just by one department, Guest Services. The fantastic thing is it allows us to message customers on either a recurring basis or a one time occurrence. It has allowed us to better communicate, thus increasing customer satisfaction and referrals. The ease of use has allowed us to quickly implement this into our business.

This tool was very easy to implement. There was very little setup involved other than basic data entry and the initial settings.

The shortcodes or keywords setup was also easy to use. The payment method processing was easy and as well as the plan feature selection process.
This is a very easy tool to set up. There is little to no technical knowledge required. I'm confident anyone who has set up an email account and uses a smart phone could use this tool (almost everyone).

Truthfully, this tool is very user friendly and easy to use. No coding, technical, or industry knowledge require to get this operation in your business or organization.


I personally didn't require their support to get this tool up and running. I did resort to a quick Google search for best practices, but that was related more toward customer oriented messaging, not EZ Texting.

This feature allowed us to increase awareness, engagement and service to our customers. We allowed customers or prospects to message into a keyword to get more info about a specific product or service we offered. This was huge and greatly increased our ability to service customers in an effective manner.
Truly, EZ Texting had more features, functionality and a better value proposition for our organization than others in its field. We didn't need a huge platform with a supermarket of features, we only needed limited features that were easy to implement and manage. For us, this platform made the most sense.
If you have a smaller business or customer base then this is the platform for you. This likely wouldn't be the tool to implement into your website as a chat feature, but it would work for one time or recurring messages to increase communication. They also have nice features for text in or short codes.
