We are using Facebook at Work for creative and content departments especially as there are various members with whom we need to get the update on a daily basis. Many times we do conversational meetings through Facebook at Work, this helps us save a lot of time to organize for a meeting, time, booking conference room or meeting room etc.

For a small business, I think it is not so suitable. But if your office or an organization is of large size or with many departments and people/ employees then this is a perfect application. With the help or support of this application, you will be able to instantly connect, coordinate, check and talk with each individual or in a group basis.
