Overall Satisfaction with Figma

We use Figma's figjam feature almost every day. There are other software out there with similar functions but figjam is by far the best and most reliable. We use it during meetings for supporting visuals, have shared files with team members for inspiration gathering and project updates and use it for team brainstorming.

Figma is very well suited to collaborative projects of any kind, not just design. The real time collaboration is the smoothest of any software we have tried, no lagging or technical issues. Multiple people can work in the same file and the file can be shared in a number of different ways. It also feels very stable, no one is worried out work is going to somehow disappear if the internet cuts out momentarily.
