Overall Satisfaction with FileZilla

FileZilla is used only by a single user within our organization, exclusively to update our website with new files and content via FTP File Transfer connection to our cloud-based web server. It allows effortless file transfers using a simple interface that is easy to manage and use without a technical background.

We did not evaluate any other alternatives to FileZilla, as the FileZilla program offered everything that we needed without a cost involved, and was the recommended FTP software solution by our web host and developer.
I have never had to contact FileZilla for support, so I cannot comment on this matter.

FileZilla is very well suited for smaller file transfers and bulk processing of small file transfers in an environment where a free FTP client is appropriate for use and sufficient to meet business needs. It may be less appropriate for large file transfers or companies with a high file transfer volume.
