Overall Satisfaction with Fin by Intercom

We use Fin by Intercom not only to provide support to our customers (handled by the CS team) but also to communicate about our features and push marketing activities to all users. I use the outbound communication functionalities daily, and it works great. I love the customizable targeting options. We could improve the reporting/exporting features (for example, it's not easy to export all the information that the teams need when we want to analyze who has clicked or read the communications).

It's rather easy and intuitive. When needed, the support is good.
We can directly synch with other tools like Hubspot and Gainsight
