Overall Satisfaction with Fin by Intercom

We use Fin by Intercom as a way to answer customer queries that come in from our help centre as another way of dealing with an inflow of questions and an easier more efficient way of answering them, this helps free myself from doing so as im the only customer support worker

I think that Fin by Intercom is a very intuitive and comprehensive system that is easy to pick up and hard to put down as it provides you with so much depth in the way that you can create guidance for it to adjust the way it speaks, thinks and goes about different types of scenarios
We currently dont use it in any other tools outside of Intercoms integrated ones like the Help Centre although i could see the merit behind this and would be more enthusiastic to try these other tools with Fin by Intercom imbedded in them in the future this is a really exciting notion
When searching for a customer support tool to use for our primary system of dealing with customers i did look at other companies products but none of them seemed to provide functionality as deep as intercom did, its not only Fin by Intercom but also team inboxes, help centre, workflows, user collation and data collation too

Fin by Intercom is best used as a secondary frontline responder to users and customers that may be more technologically savvy and dont want to wait around for a response in accordance to their inquiry that gives them a more personalised view of the challenges they face rather than using the Help centre
