Overall Satisfaction with Fin by Intercom
Fin by Intercom has become an integral part of our customer service, marketing, and sales departments. In addition to providing our customers with faster and better support, Fin by Intercom helps generate new leads by engaging with new visitors who would otherwise have had to wait for a response or search for answers themselves.
Pros
- Get people interested in our service
- Manage a lot of the support tickets
- Help existing customers in a much faster and leaner way than we could manage manually before
Cons
- It would be great if Fin by Intercom could share video tutorials
- The process of setting Fin by Intercom up for mail doesn't really work since it's way to complex to get all the filters to work properly. We had to turn it off again after some weeks.
- We managed to scale our business without hiring more people
- We have been able to focus the customer suport more around sales/up-sales.
We have integrated our platform with Intercom so that a new user is automatically created in Intercom.
